Chicon 7, the 70th (!) annual World Science Fiction Convention, has announced the nominees for the 2012 Hugo Awards. George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire lands in two very different categories, while a certain Doctor scores three nominations just like he did last year.
The winners of science fiction’s highest honor will be announced at the Hugo Awards Ceremony on Sunday, September 2nd, during Chicon 7, which will take place from August 30th through September 3rd, 2012. Continue reading
