Mark Wahlberg in talks for ‘the Crow’ remake

From Entertainment Weekly — Mark Wahlberg may be contemplating taking on The Crow. A source has confirmed to EW that while no offer has yet been made, Wahlberg is in talks with Relativity Media to star in an upcoming remake/reboot/re-something of Alex Proyas’ 1994 comic book-based movie. He is being considered for the lead role formerly played by Brandon Lee, who was tragically killed on the set of the original film when a prop gun misfired. Something is telling me this isn’t a good idea, I don’t know why? Thoughts?

Hugh Jackman: Wolverine 2 will be a ‘very different’ X-Men movie

Darren Aronofsky may not have officially signed on to direct X-Men Origins: Wolverine 2, but everyone involved is proceeding as if it’s a done deal.

Wolverine 2 is going to be based, in part, on the 1982 Wolverine miniseries by Chris Claremont and Frank Miller, and has Logan battling ninjas and the politics of the criminal underworld for the heart of his ex-lover, the daughter of a Japanese crime lord.

ABC reduces ‘V’ episode order

I’m starting to think maybe there isn’t much future for ‘V’ on ABC. They originally were down to a 13 episode season, and now it’s been chopped down to 10 episodes for this upcoming season. Guess we are lucky it’s going to air at all. Thoughts?
